The 1951 was built by two sisters with a clear ranching vision and the will to see it through. It's been the heart of this property ever since. A mid-century modern farm, set in the Alberta foothills, sleeping 14 across seven bedrooms with an indoor pool. And floors that creak in the right places!
We've been restoring it by hand since we got the keys, keeping what was worth keeping and being careful about the rest.

what does it feel like to actually be here?
Coffee percolates on the 1952 stovetop in the morning, the foothills are out every window, and the mountains are twenty minutes west. Families unplug here in a way they didn't think was still possible. Creatives come stuck and leave with something new.
The antiques, the vintage furniture, the Nancy Drew collections on the shelf, all of it adds up to somewhere that feels genuinely removed from the world you drove in from. Not a recreation of another era. Just a place that never stopped being itself.
The hot tub is wood-fired, so slow and intentional is the idea.
